Monday 26 November
- Meeting with Young People who will be shadowing councillors to gain experience of the role of local councillors.
- 6:00 p.m. Giving evidence at the Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee - Blackburn Town Hall.
Tuesday 27 November
- 6:00 pm Extraordinary Council Meeting to discuss the newly proposed Community Festival - Blackburn Town Hall
- Ethnic Minority Development Association Gala Dinner
Wednesday 28 November
Launch of the DVD for people with learning disabilities on how to complain.
Thursday 29 November
- Opening of the Respite Care Centre, Mill Hill.
- 6:00 pm Policy Council Meeting, Town Hall, Blackburn
